B2Builder provides a web content management platform and business operating system tools delivered via subscription or agreed licensing terms. Features, availability, and updates are managed via b2bld.com.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform software, source code, UI designs, and documentation associated with B2Builder remain the exclusive property of B2Builder. Users retain full ownership of their uploaded content, data, and unique site assets created using the platform.

4. Subscription Fees & Payment Terms

Platform access fees and subscription terms are detailed upon sign-up or quotation. Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis where applicable, and late payments may result in suspension of platform access.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
